Questions about an existing contract or claim

We are not your warranty company and we have no access to your contract, your claim file, or your payments. Those questions have to go to the company named on your contract, and the claims number is printed on it and in your confirmation email. If you are not sure who the provider is, the charge on your bank or card statement will usually name them.

Corrections and article questions

If an article contains an error, tell us which article and what is wrong. Corrections are made on the page and noted there. Reader reports are the most common way we find mistakes.
